Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you visit Sarino, use the online store or place an order. By using the store, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced below. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

1. Store and eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering a contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing and delivery information and for keeping account credentials secure.

2. Products and presentation

We aim to present descriptions, measurements, materials, images and colours accurately. Screen settings, lighting and reasonable production variations can affect appearance. Product information may be corrected when an obvious error is identified.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or available to you. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other costs are shown before purchase where required. Payment must be authorised through one of the secure methods offered at checkout.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. A binding sale is formed when we accept or dispatch the order, subject to applicable law. We may decline or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, information is incomplete, an obvious pricing error occurred, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. Any captured payment for a cancelled order will be returned.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, estimates, duties and tracking are explained in Shipping & Returns. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk and ownership transfer according to applicable law and the confirmed delivery arrangement.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our voluntary return process is set out in Returns & Refunds. Local mandatory cancellation rights, legal guarantees and remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may have additional conditions, start and end dates, eligibility rules and exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. We may withdraw a promotion where there is an error, misuse or legal requirement, without affecting completed eligible orders.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the store unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or exploit content contrary to law, impersonate another person, or use payment methods without permission.

9. Intellectual property

Sarino branding, text, graphics, images, layout and other store content are protected by intellectual-property laws or used with permission. Content may not be copied, altered, distributed or commercially exploited without permission, except where law allows. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with evidence and sufficient detail for review.

10. Third-party services and links

The store relies on Shopify and may link to or integrate services operated by others. Third parties are responsible for their own services and terms. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party content, subject to any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Liability

We do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. To the extent permitted by law, Sarino is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss or for delay caused by events outside reasonable control.

12. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. Disputes may be brought before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.

14. Changes

We may update these terms when the store, services or legal requirements change. The version published at the time of an accepted order applies to that purchase unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
