Care Guide
Always follow the care label inside the item first. The advice below is general and does not replace product-specific instructions.
Everyday washing
- Separate light, dark and strongly coloured garments.
- Close zips and fastenings and turn delicate or printed pieces inside out.
- Use a gentle detergent and the lowest suitable temperature.
- Avoid overloading the machine, which increases friction and creasing.
Linen and cotton
Wash gently at the temperature stated on the label. Reshape while damp and air-dry when possible. Linen naturally creases; steam or iron on the recommended setting.
Knitwear
Use a delicate cycle or hand-wash only when the label permits. Do not wring. Reshape and dry flat to reduce stretching, then store folded rather than hanging.
Tailoring and structured garments
Air garments between wears and use a supportive hanger. Spot-clean carefully and use professional cleaning when the label requires it. Avoid overcrowding the wardrobe so the shape can recover.
Footwear, suede and leather
Remove surface dirt gently and use a product made for the exact material. Test any treatment on a hidden area first. Allow footwear to dry naturally away from direct heat and store it in a dry, ventilated place.
Storage
Store clean items away from direct sunlight and moisture. Fold knitwear, support structured pieces with suitable hangers and avoid prolonged contact between dark leather or denim and pale fabrics.
When in doubt
Stop and contact Client Services with the item name and care-label photo before applying heat, chemicals or a stain treatment.
